From opening a Christian bookstore in 2009 to developing service businesses, digital platforms, and community programs, every chapter has reinforced one belief: progress matters most when it opens doors for someone else.
My work began with Sola Fide Christian Bookstore in 2009 and expanded into vehicle care, home services, student transportation, and digital solutions. Today, these ventures give me different ways to put service into practice, while Missionnaire de la Grâce remains central to my ministry.

Building a business that works beyond you.
Systems, independence, and the difference between owning a business and owning a job.
Read the reflection
When every decision, sale, and task depends on the owner, growth has a limit: the owner’s time. A business becomes more resilient when its everyday work can continue through clear processes and shared responsibility.
Start with one task you repeat each week. Write down the steps, define what a good result looks like, and make the instructions clear enough for another person to follow. Build independence one process at a time.
02 — LEADERSHIP
Leadership begins with responsibility.
Ideas about integrity, accountability, and creating measurable impact in our communities.
Read the reflection
Leadership takes shape in everyday choices: keeping a promise, taking responsibility for a mistake, and following through on work that benefits someone else. A title alone cannot do that work.
Choose one need you can help address. Listen to the people affected, make a realistic commitment, and explain what you accomplished. Trust grows when words are followed by consistent action.
03 — THE NEXT GENERATION
Opportunity can change a generation.
Education, technology, mentorship, and helping young people see a path forward.
Read the reflection
An opportunity does not always begin with a job offer or a large investment. It can begin with someone sharing a skill, explaining a tool, or making room for a young person to practice.
Learning becomes useful when it leads to action. Choose a skill, apply it to a small project, and ask for feedback. Progress comes from repeated effort, guidance, and the chance to try again.
